i’ve made too many text posts about digimon on my pretty anime photo blog so i’m going to talk on here instead

this is random but

I’m really thankful for Digimon. I’ve noticed that a lot of people on Tumblr start out with one specific fandom that they’re really passionate about, and then they make new friends that are in that fandom. At least, that’s how I started out — with Digimon, of course.

I blogged almost NOTHING but Digimon last year. It was really fun just posting screencaps and making crappy gifs and talking about it and loving it and making new friends because of it and making Digitumblr and roleplaying with the people on Digitumblr and anticipating new Xros Wars episodes or w/e GOD IT WAS JUST REALLY FUN.

But of course I started getting into other fandoms and started posting those as well and now Digimon is scarcely on my pretty animu photoblog anymore and I don’t feel sad at all because I’m still a Digimon fan and Digimon is still my favorite series and I love it so, so, SO much.

And…this is a thank you ;w;

Because without the Digimon fandom here on Tumblr, I’d probably never be having as much as I am now. I don’t exactly remember who I befriended first, but I know you guys are still there and I appreciate every single one of you ;w; Even new fans that appeared after I stopped blogging continuous Digimon, I really like you. 

Sometimes I miss blogging nothing but Digimon because it made me really happy to come home from school everyday and just talk about it for hours on end, but then (idk how)  I enjoyed talking about other fandoms as well so…well, I guess it stopped.

But I’m still really thankful! Thank you.
